Description
Urea Formaldehyde Resin used in Wood Adhesives, Composites, Laminates or Related Board Products
Application
The SYLVIC U772 system can be used as a two part system however extenders can also be readily incorporated. The most common extenders used are wheat flour, walnut shell flour, olive stone flour or macadamia nutshell flour. These will normally thicken the gluemix by absorbing water; it is important to be aware that this effect varies between different grades of the same flour. To thin the mix water must usually be added, which is also considered an extender. Too much extension of the resin results in bonds of durability and strength. Can use with either liquid hardener L8 or Powder Hardener S1, S2, S3, S4.
